PERIOD: Minimum car rental period is 1 day (24 hours).

Drivers: For A – K group vehicles, anybody who is over 21 and has a 2 year old valid driver’s licence car rent a vehicle. As long as the licence information is noted on the agreement, more than 1 person may drive the same vehicle. Both the person who rents the car and the person who drives it is separately and together responsible for the damage which might occur when an individual other than the one whose name registered on the agreement drives the vehicle.  

Delivery and Pick up: Delivery and pick up of the vehicles is free during business hours and with in city limits. Service fee is charged for the delivery and pickups for locations where there is no corresponted office of our company. Please contact our head office fort he fees and other details. On the pickups of the vehicles, 1/3 of the daily rental fee is charged for the delays less than 3 hours, 1 day rental fee is charged for the delays more than 3 horus.

Ona way fee: If the vehicle is being returned in a location other than where it has been rented, one way fee is applied regardless of the rental period. For further details please contact our head office.

Insurance: All of our vehicles are covared under 2 separate insurance. Karayollari Zorunlu Trafik Sigortasi (Mandaory Liability Insurance) and Kasko Sigortasi (Optional Full Coverage  Insurance). Both insurance cost are inclued in our prices. Renters may purchase additional liability insurance on the tires, windows and headlights in case of an accident, driver should have the accident and alcohol report taken without changing the vehicle’s locations and deliver it to our office within the next 48 hours other wise damage will not be covered under the insurance.

Penalties: The person who rents the vehicle is responsible for all the legal penalties due to the traffic violations during the rental period. The fact that the rental period is over, does not cancel the individual’s liability for paying the does which was caused during the rental period.

Reservation: You can make an online reservation by filling out the reservation form. Your request will be answered within the next 24 hours. Cancellations should be notified minimum 48 hours prior to the delivery of the vehicle. All the cancellations which are not notified will be considered ad “no show” and charged with 1 day rental fee.

Payment: Rental fee is charged in advance either in cash or cc (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) one black cc slip will be  charged in advance as depodit (for extra fuel, rental extensions etc.) and will be returned once the return period is over.

Other Services: Portable roof racks and child safety seats are provided when requested in advance. Upon request, driver and guide can also be provided. For further information please contact our head office.
